• Upon receipt of your enquiry form, email or phone call, we will send you a quotation and booking form by email.
  
  
• Once we have received your completed booking form and your deposit, we will confirm your booking by telephone or email. We will send you a receipt for your deposit and an invoice showing the date when we require the balance of the rental fee. This is normally 8 weeks before departure. We will send you our "welcome pack" containing details of the location of your vacation home, and the location of our managing agent for collection of the key.
  
  
• When the balance of the rental fee is received, we will send you a final invoice.
  
  
• Just before your departure, we will contact you with any final arrangements and to answer any last minute questions. We leave enjoying your vacation entirely up to you, but our managing agents are on hand locally to help you if you need it.
